May 2011 - July 2013Commanded the US Air Force's only wing dedicated to operational testing of command & control systems (Air Operations Centers, AWACS, JSTARS, etc.) and training personnel from Airmen to General Officers. Provided strategic & ethical leadership for 1500+ military, government civilians, and contractors. Led the total re-organization of the wing from 3 Groups to 2, while implementing dozens of personnel cuts and contract consolidation worth $50M. Hired 350+ employees as the work force transitioned from contractors to government civilian . Managed $100M budget diversified across numerous portfolios, funding streams, and contracts. Led operational testing of all USAF command and control systems from airborne C2, to offensive and defensive space & cyber capabilities. Led groundbreaking C2 and cyber integration during RED FLAG, BLUE FLAG, CYBER FLAG, and VIRTUAL FLAG via Distributed Mission Operations.
